By accessing or using RemiBlast, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve our services. Account information may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, login credentials, preferences, business information, account settings, permissions, and activity. When you upload or manage contacts, we may process contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, custom fields, notes, tags, lists, campaign classifications, and other information you choose to store. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and legal basis to use this information. SMS information may include outbound and inbound message content, sender and recipient numbers, timestamps, delivery status, campaign details, usage records, opt-out requests, consent records, suppression lists, messaging errors, and carrier responses. Calling information may include caller and recipient numbers, timestamps, duration, call status, activity, usage records, and call settings. Recordings, voicemail content, or transcripts may be collected only when the relevant feature is available and enabled or otherwise used with your account. Applicable consent and notification requirements must be followed. Payment providers may process subscription, plan, billing, transaction, usage, and limited payment-related information. We do not intentionally store full payment card details unless expressly disclosed. We may also process IP address, browser and device information, login and session timestamps, error logs, security events, account activity, feature usage, and system performance information. This policy does not represent that RemiBlast uses Google Analytics, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel, or similar advertising or behavioral-tracking tools.

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; provide SMS, messaging, and calling services; send messages and process replies; manage contacts, campaigns, conversations, and call activity; monitor usage; calculate charges and manage subscriptions; process payments; provide support; troubleshoot and maintain performance; detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; enforce our terms; comply with legal obligations; maintain consent, opt-out, and suppression records; and communicate important account, billing, security, and service updates. We do not sell personal information or customer-uploaded contact lists to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may process information with telecommunications and messaging providers, hosting, database and storage providers, payment processors, customer support and operational providers, and legal or regulatory authorities when necessary to operate RemiBlast, process payments, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, comply with lawful requests, or enforce agreements. 5. Customer Responsibilities for SMS and Calling
Customers are responsible for how they use RemiBlast and the information they upload or transmit. You agree to obtain required consent, comply with telecommunications, privacy, consumer-protection, and marketing laws, follow carrier requirements, identify yourself where required, honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests, maintain consent records, avoid unlawful or deceptive communications, and use contact information only for lawful purposes. RemiBlast does not guarantee that a contact list or feature makes a campaign legally compliant, and we may restrict or terminate violating accounts or campaigns.
6. Message Content and Customer Data
Messages, contact lists, and related information may be processed to send messages, receive replies, display conversations, troubleshoot delivery, and enforce opt-outs. We do not claim ownership of data you upload. You retain responsibility for submitted data and its lawful use. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless the relevant service is designed and authorized to handle it. Telecommunications carriers and other providers may also process transmitted information.
7. Data Retention
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, fulfill legitimate business purposes, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Account, billing, message, call, opt-out, suppression, security, and diagnostic records may be retained for periods appropriate to their purpose. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. Backups and records required for legal or operational reasons may persist after deletion.
